We had the most really enjoyable few days there. The hotel was fairly clean and wonderful, had magnificent views of the lake. The rooms were large and great value. The location was good, close enough to beach and beautiful park nearby within walking distance, and Lake Michigan and State Park, in a picturesque area. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Really had extra special stay on a road trip. Hip new hotel in a good area close enough to the shores, boats coming and shopping stores to the beach. Nice facilities and very very good breakfast with waffles, frozen omelettes and yogurt. Excellent staff, neat and modest rooms by the water. Marvellous location a few steps away from North Breakwater Light.
